  • 负责总部MES项目的实施，包括但不限于负责相关系统需求分析、方案沟通、运维支持，参与系统实施以及系统优化等工作。
  • 负责工厂其他数字化项目，包括完善需求、逻辑，推进项目实施；实施过程需扮演项目经理角色、管理项目进程、执行效果评价和升级维护；针对部分需求进行自我开发，构建数字化APP。
  • 提升工厂数字化文化和能力建设：推动工厂的低代码开发（如APA、简道云、IoT…）的学习、支持指导其他成员的项目开发、交流、宣传。
  • 参与PTC或与总部的沟通和最佳实践分享，负责推进可借鉴项目的实施。
operation excellence（30%）： * 参与和支持公司战略管理，筹备战略会，跟踪战略项目实施。
  • 参与精益基层改善活动（lean dojo），负责KPIs的收集和展示，协助管理者分析差异原因、制订改善行动计划、展示最佳经验。参与工厂内、PTC或与总部的最佳实践分享。。
  • 关注精益工具的培训和精益文化和推广。
  • 深度参与自动化转型项目，包括需求分析、设备方案评估、设备导入、管理设备安装-调试-验收
  • 上级主管安排的临时性项目和工作要求。
What You Bring * 全日制统招大学本科及以上学历，计算机/信息管理/软件工程相关专业；
  • 工作经验4年以上，有软件开发维护经验，熟练运用数据库等模块式算法和设计模式，如Alteryx、Tableau、Mendix、PowerBI;网站后端开发和工具应用，如Net、C#、JAVA、Python;网页前端开发和工具应用，如Vue、React或Angular、WPF;
  • 有 MES 或 WMS 项目开发经验
  • 具备良好的信息化系统设计及方案编写能力， 善于团队沟通协调，并能独立完成需求调研、项目设计、建议方案，同时具备较强的沟通能力
  • 有自动化项目,OT经验更优
