- Responsible for sales result in assigned territory
- Achieve target revenue & milestones on identified key accounts
- Explore & grow new key accounts on growing industries.
- Manages and improve performance of direct-sales distributor accounts for relationship building and sales operation including demand forecast and payment collection etc., in assigned territory.
- Explore new growth (new application and new market) by developing qualified distributors and new end users in target application & market.
- Provide related support & service to engage end user with distributors.
- Building and maintaining strong connection and collaborate cross-functionally with other teams, including marketing, supply chain, marketing communication, and global key account managers.
- Excellent Key Account Management experience & skills
- Over 5 years of working experience in 2B2 sales and managing channel partners
- Good communication skill. Basic English language proficiency to communicate with cross-function teams
- Highly frequent travel in Southern China is required.
- Very strong self-motivated with result-driven mindset
- Working experience in PPE or MRO industry is a plus
- BS or above in chemistry, material science, engineering is a plus
