- Understand Global Business Service Purchase-to-Pay service nature, innovation as well as automation potential.
- Leverage Lean and Continuous Improvement methods in the respective areas of BPI (Business Process Improvement).
- Lead the demand analysis of digital solutions and support the implementation of digital solutions for all entities within Siemens.
- Business analysis for marketing trends and structure the focus of business growth.
- Drive to promote best practices with internal customers and enlarge the service scopes.
- Ensure timely communication with all internal service function team.
- Support and perform other assigned tasks as required.
- Bachelor or above
- More than 3 years' experience in Project Management
- Fluent English both writing and speaking
- SAP (other ERP system where applicable) knowledge
- Experience in Finance / Supply Chain Management is preferred
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred
- Lean & Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt is preferred
- Skillful in Microsoft software, such as PowerPoint and Excel
- Good communication skills
- Data analysis and problem-solving skills
