You will monitor the key milestone of the project and drive the problem-solving to ensure the project can be delivered on schedule. You will be detailing the production plan to ensure material is ready before production to support the project schedule.
2. You will be responsible for on time delivery of Raw material and cooperate with Master planner/buyers/suppliers.
3. You will be responsible for controlling Inventory and do analysis.
4. You will be reviewing production capacity, performing capacity analysis, and adjusting production schedules to balance loading.
5. You will collect and evaluate KPIs related to completion of planning.6. You will work result-oriented thinking and well communication, make good results happen.7. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.8. 1. You hold a bachelor’s degree or above, with majors in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields preferred.
2. Minimum 5 years of production management experience in high-voltage or related products, familiar with production processes and management methods.3. Proficient in the production processes and technical requirements of high-voltage products.4. Strong organizational and coordination abilities, communication skills, and problem-solving capabilities. Able to skillfully use office software for production planning and data analysis.
5. Excellent teamwork spirit and a strong sense of responsibility. Strong adaptability and ability to work under pressure.
6. Good English listening and reading abilities.More about us
