【孟加拉市场用户运营(语音社交App方向)】【岗位职责】1、负责孟加拉市场的大客户/充值渠道运营工作,建立高效沟通机制,解决用户问题,提升满意度与粘性;2、与用户深度沟通,挖掘真实需求,推动产品优化和本地化运营策略;3、搭建并维护当地渠道体系(如币商等),拓展本地合作资源;4、策划适合孟加拉文化的运营活动,推动用户增长与付费转化;5、协助内容、产品团队完成本地化需求的反馈与执行落地;6、关注市场动态,持续优化用户运营与渠道合作策略。7、上级安排的其他工作【任职要求】1、精通孟加拉语与中文,具备良好的跨文化沟通能力;2、热爱与用户沟通,善于换位思考,能够主动发现和解决问题;3、有主人翁精神和自驱力,能独立推进项目落地,适应高强度和变化快速的环境;4、对孟加拉文化有一定了解或高度兴趣,能够理解本地用户行为;5、具备社交类产品、语音平台、直播、内容平台等相关运营经验者优先(但非必须);具备良好的团队协作与抗压能力。【User Operator – Bangladesh Market (Voice Social App)】【Job Responsibilities】1、Manage key users/recharge channels in the Bangladesh market, build trust, resolve user issues efficiently, and improve retention;2、Engage in deep user conversations, uncover real needs, and drive localized product and operational improvements;3、Build and manage local recharge channels such as sellers;4、Design and execute culturally relevant growth and monetization campaigns;5、Collaborate with product and content teams to support localization implementation;6、Monitor market trends and optimize user operations and partnership strategies continuously.7、Other duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager.【Requirements】1、Proficient in both Bangla and Chinese, with strong cross-cultural communication skills;2、Passionate about user interaction, empathetic, and solution-oriented;3、Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership, adaptable to change and fast-paced environments;4、Familiar with or genuinely interested in Bangladeshi culture and user behavior;5、Experience in operating social/voice/chat platforms is a plus but not mandatory; Comfortable with collaborative, and stress-resilient.
