按照正常程序敲门,并在确认客房是空房或住客房在征得客人同意的情况下进入房间
- INSPECT ROOMS, AND COMPLETE REPORTS WITH VERIFIED STATUS; REPORT CLEAN SUIT/ ROOMS TO HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR AND OR UPDATE THE AUTOMATED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.
- ENSURE THAT ALL HOUSEKEEPING REQUESTS ARE CHECKED AND ENSURE FOLLOW-UP ACTIONS ARE CONDUCTED.
- ENSURE THAT ALL DAILY SPECIAL GUEST ROOMS, SPECIAL REQUEST ROOMS, LONG STAY GUEST ROOM FOR ARRIVALS ARE CHECKED AND IN LINE WITH THE STANDARD SET-UP BY THE HOTEL.
- ENSURE THAT NO DEFECT OR DIRTY ROOM ARE SOLD TO GUEST.
- MONITOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE “PERFECT ROOM” PROGRAM.
- SUPPORT THE HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER IN IMPLEMENTING THE SERVICE AND ROOMS STANDARDS IN ALL WORK AREAS. SUPERVISE AN EFFECTIVE PREVENTIVE CLEANING SCHEDULE OF CARPETS AND CURTAINS, MATTRESS TURNING ETC.
- STRICTLY ADHERE TO THE PAR STOCKS FOR ALL OPERATING EQUIPMENT, SUPPLIES, INVENTORIED ITEMS, AND TO ENSURE THAT ALL AREAS ARE ADEQUATELY EQUIPPED.
- ASSIST IN CONDUCTING MONTHLY INVENTORY CHECKS ON ALL OPERATING EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES.
- HAVE A THOROUGH UNDERSTANDING AND KNOWLEDGE OF ALL HOUSEKEEPING RELATED SERVICE AND PRODUCTS.
- HANDOVER DAILY PRE-SHIFT BRIEFINGS ON ROOM OCCUPANCY, ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES, FUNCTION / EVENTS OF THE DAY AND SPECIAL ATTENTION THAT IS NEEDED.
- CONDUCT INSPECTIONS OF GUEST ROOMS.
- ENSURES FAMILIARIZED WITH IN-HOUSE FACILITIES FOR THE PURPOSE OF ASSISTING GUESTS.
- MAINTAINS RESPONSIBILITY FOR MASTER KEYS IN HIS/HER POSSESSION.
- MAINTAINS APPROPRIATE STANDARDS AND DISCIPLINE FOR DRESS, HYGIENE, UNIFORM AND APPEARANCE.
- CLEANS ALL ROOMS, CORRIDORS AND MAIDSTATION AS ASSIGNED AND KEEPS OPERATING EQUIPMENT WELL MAINTAINED AND CLEAN.
- TURNS IN ALL LOST AND FOUND ITEMS.
- REPORTS ANY ASSIGNED ROOMS THAT DO NOT REQUIRE SERVICE OR DISPLAY DO NOT DISTURB (D.N.D) SIGNS.
- REPORTS TO THE HSKP SUPERVISOR OF ANY MALFUNCTIONING ROOM EQUIPMENT AND EXTRA WORK THAT NEEDS TO BEDONE.
- PERFORMS EXTRA WORK AND SPRING CLEANING AS REQUIRED.
- TO ENSURE GUEST REQUESTS ARE MET AND COMPANY POLICIES AND STANDARD PROCEDURES ARE IMPLEMENTED AND MAINTAINED.
- REPORTS ANY SUSPICIOUS-LOOKING PERSON, MISSING ITEMS, DISCREPANCIES, HEALTH OR SAFETY HAZARD TO HSKP SUPERVISOR.
- PERFORMS TURNDOWN SERVICE AS REQUIRED.
- HANDLES MINIBAR ACCORDING TO ARTYZEN STANDARD PROCEDURE.
- PROVIDES ALL POSSIBLE ASSISTANCE AND OUTSTANDING SERVICE TO GUESTS.
- IS PREPARED TO IMPLEMENT ASSIGNED TASKS DURING EMERGENCIES SUCH AS FIRE, POWER CUTS.
- HANDLES OTHER DUTIES AND PROJECTS AS ASSIGNED.
- FILLS IN FOR OTHER NON-SUPERVISORY PERSONNEL AS REQUIRED.
- PERFORMS EVENING AND NIGHT DUTY AS REQUIRED.
- TO ASSIST IN CONTROLLING EXPENSES WITHOUT REDUCING QUALITY OR SERVICE AND TO GIVE SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO REDUCE EXPENSES.
- TO ENSURE GOOD INTERDEPARTMENTAL COMMUNICATION, NETWORK AND TEAMWORK.
- TO ATTEND ALL MEETINGS AND TRAININGS AS REQUIRED.
- TO ACT ON ALL DECISIONS, DEPARTMENTAL MEETINGS, PROGRAMS AND SCHEDULES DECIDED BY THE FLOOR SUPERVISOR.
