What you will doThe Product Manager maximises revenue and profitability of the R34 small-signal MOSFET portfolio in China. He /she owns the Pricing and Go to Market (G2M) strategy for running the portfolio.Drive revenue and the profitability of the assigned product segment to achieve KPIsBusiness partner for BG Marketing and Global Sales & Marketing (GSM)Develop key customer & channel strategies together with the Product Group head, Business Marketing Managers, Product Marketing Managers and GSMOwn and negotiate the pricing tactics and quote policies for all sales channels for the assigned portfolioCreate China-specific Go-to-market presentation materialCompetitor analysis: consolidate input about local China competitor behaviours, especially pricing strategy at Disti and OEM channel, inputting to Industrial for required cost down roadmaps to reach Product Group margin targetsDrive design-in/design-win success through organising necessary support to BG Marketing and GSMWhat you will needThe role requires profound knowledge and experience in the MOSFET portfolio and related commercial tasks like pricing strategies, channel management and negotiation. Furthermore, a strong ability to manage a complex network of internal and external stakeholders, including customers, is required.Hard skillsGraduated with a diploma in electrical engineeringEnglish language skills to network with colleagues around the globe5 years of experience in discrete semiconductors (Marketing, Sales, Application)3 years of experience in MOSFETsWork for a local Chinese discrete supplierAdditional experience in discrete semiconductor manufacturing (wafer, package)Soft skillsCuriosity in understanding market dynamics and the industrial landscapeHealthy level of self-confidenceStrong desire for networking with peopleBalancedAbout the teamThe location for this position will be Shanghai (Putuo) or Shenzhen. In both locations, we have a large team of Marketing and Sales colleagues to work together with you.
