- 根据上海迪士尼度假区的全年销售目标和策略,参照消费者洞察,与渠道销售协作,制定高效的整合营销策略规划,参与营销活动概念创意,并领导执行相应的营销计划。借助高效的媒体投放及整合营销工具,促进渠道销售转化,协助推动营销数据分析及优化。
- 深入了解不同类型的销售渠道的属性,利用销售渠道的人群特征及独特的营销优势,探索尝试创新的商业模式和顺应新消费场景的产品,为上海迪士尼度假区挖掘新的收入增长点。
- 依据销售渠道特性及渠道消费者的需求,管理渠道营销素材库,包含且不仅限于策略规划、素材制作管理、渠道延展审核。
- 结合上海迪士尼度假区的季节性活动及新产品推广,推动销售渠道制定并执行相应营销计划,提升消费者体验。
- 协助商业解决方案及活动部门(迪士尼童话婚礼,青少年活动,会务活动等)的营销活动。
- 确保迪士尼知识产权及形象在渠道的正确使用,提供必要的培训支持,坚持保护与强化迪士尼的品牌,保卫迪士尼神奇。
- 管理渠道的营销预算及使用进程。进行有效的投资回报管理,确保投入收益最大化。
- 优化资源,管理第三方供应商。
- 与内外各团队紧密配合,与管理层进行及时、充分的沟通,推动目标达成。
- 拥有本科及以上学历,市场营销、广告、新闻传播或相关专业。
- 拥有至少5年工作经验,3年市场营销相关(整合营销,媒体投放及管理,品牌营销,数字化营销、内容营销、社交媒体或直播运营、活动策划等)工作经验和技能。
- 具备优秀的项目管理的工作经验和技能。
- 具有优秀的组织能力、时间管理能力、解決问题能力和贯彻执行能力, 注重细节。
- 具有出色的沟通能力、说服力和影响力。
- 具有优秀的中英文口语和写作能力,以及优秀的主题演讲能力。

- Based on the annual sales goals and strategies of Shanghai Disney Resort, and in reference to consumer insights, collaborate with channel sales teams to develop effective integrated sales channel marketing strategic planning and campaign creative ideation, and lead the execution of corresponding marketing plans. Leverage effective media placements and integrated marketing tools to drive sales conversion, as well as assist in driving marketing analysis and optimization.
- Gain a deep understanding of the characteristics of different types of sales channels, thoroughly leverage the unique marketing advantages and demographic features of each channel, probe and pilot the innovative business model and product/service bundle, so as to explore and convert new revenue growth opportunities for Shanghai Disney Resort.
- Based on channel characteristics and needs, manage and enrich sales channel content hub, including but not limited to formulate content strategy, oversee content/asset production and adaptation.
- Ride on seasonal activities and new product promotions, develop corresponding marketing activation plan to enhance guest experience.
- Support the marketing activities of the Business Solution and Events (Disney Fairy Tale Wedding, Youth programs, Corporate meetings etc.).
- Ensure proper use of Disney intellectual property and image in sales channels during marketing operations, provide necessary training and support, and uphold and strengthen the Disney brand to protect the magic of Disney.
- Manage sales channel marketing budgets and utilization progress, lead and measure ROI, and ensure maximum return on investment.
- Optimize resources and manage third-party vendors.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, communicate timely and fully with management leaders, and drive desired results.
- Bachelor or above in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism or related major.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience, with at least 3 years in marketing-related roles (Integrated campaign planning, media planning and management, brand marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, social media or live streaming operations, event planning etc.).
- Proven experience and solid skills in project management.
- Demonstrated strong organizational, time management, problem solving and follow-through skills, with strong attention to details.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills in both English and Chinese and solid presentation skills.
- Team player and strong learning spirit.
