Report to Assistant Security Manager. Within the established IHG standard and the limit of brand procedures to manage security departmental daily operation, safeguarding hotel personal life and property , paying close attention to staff's moral trends and ensure the implementation of training plan.
直属助理保安经理管理，并在洲际酒店已建立的制度和程序的限定范围内，实施保安部的日常工作管理，保障酒店人员人身及财产安全，掌握本组员工的思想动态，落实部门的培训计划。DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责

Responsible for Security Manager and implement the working order

对部门经理负责，执行其工作指令

Participate hotel and department training and make monthly training plan for team staff then to supervise the completion of training.

接受酒店及部门的各项培训，并做出每月的培训计划，监督班组工作完成情况。

Strictly stick to the handing-over system, carefully write down the daily record

严格执行岗位交接班制度，认真写好当班日志

To assess performance of team staff at regular interval, and to checking and register the property that has been allocated to the departments, to timely report to supervisor about equipment damage .

定期做好班组评估工作，并对部门配发各岗位的资产进行检查登记，如有损坏及时处理并上报.

Maintain good communication with staff. Pay close attention to staff's moral trends and provide instruction .

随时与员工保持良好的沟通。掌握员工的思想动态，并做好员工的安抚及引导工作。

Monitor and manage the daily safe operation of team staff. Provide foresee ability suggests to potential safety hazard.

监督管理班组日常安全运作情况，抓好班组的团队建设。对存在安全隐患随时提出预见性意见。

Checking the patrol which is carry out in hotel and timely communicate relative department and to cooperate other department successfully complementing the important entertainment.

对酒店内治安巡逻进行检查及时相关部门协调沟通、交流安全信息，配合各部门做好重大接待任务。

Assist Manager having a good deploy of safety guard during major activities and conferences

如遇重要接待或大型会议活动，协助经理、做好安全警卫部署。

Deliver awareness of how to serve better and the of energy-saving and the training of post knowledge.

经常给部门员工灌输服务，节能意识以及岗位知识、技能的培训。

Keep in constant contact with fire-fighting center ,having variable-interval patrol for the center ,to lead patrols to the site of accident to eliminate security hazards.

要对消防中心进行不定时巡视检查，随时与其保持联系，遇紧急情况，立即带领巡查人员赶到现场制止或排除安全隐患。

Coach staff having reasonable arrangement of 24 hours patrol, and to maintain the knowledge of the safety situation in important region and to revise the team staff's patrols record.

督导员工合理安排酒店24小时巡查工作，了解掌握重要区域安全情况，并审阅班组巡逻值班记录。

Watch staff performance including staff appearance, the ability to respond emergency .Once there are violations of laws and regulations to report to supervisor timely.

检查各岗位值班情况，包括保安员的仪容仪表。遇事的反应、表达及处理事情的能力，发现违纪现象，及时给相应处分并上报部门。

Supervise and urge patrols to check fire extinguisher and fire equipment and keeping record, timely call for engineer department to repair the equipment if needed.

督促各巡逻人员在工作时间内检查酒店灭火器材、消防设备并做好记录，发现需要整改的及时报工程部维修。

Decisively dealing with the general emergency and timely report to supervisor.

对一般性的突发事情进行果断迅速处理及时记录上报。

Summary daily work and report to assistant security manager.
