1. Perform accounting activities according to accounting principles and standards to control the company's financial resources and ensure that it complies with all relevant regulations, laws and reporting requirements.
2. Perform daily accounting activities and month end activities timely and accurately.
3. Prepare financial statements and other standard and ad-hoc reports in accordance with HB1 and HB2 standard.
4. Analyse financial information and prepare complex financial reports for management.
5. Manage capital expenditures, assets disposals and assets internal transfers in accordance with internal control policies.
6. Prepare tax declaration files monthly and yearly and cooperate other tax related issues with business team.7. Support transfer pricing topics.
8. Co-ordinate with external and internal audit activities.QualificationsJob Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree, majored in Finance, Accounting or related major.
2. At least 5 years accounting, cost controlling and related area working experience in foreign manufacturing companies.
3. Solid Accounting and Finance Skills. Familiar with tax regulations and accounting standards in the PRC. Qualification of CPA, ACCA or equivalent is a plus.
4. Excellent analytical skills and a good understanding of internal controls.
5. Good written and spoken English.
6. Familiar with PC operation, especially Excel, knowledge and experience of SAP.
7. Open mind working style, can work under pressure.
