- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in Southeast Asia and Europe.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients, distributors, and partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the target markets.
- Tailoring solutions for customers, managing lead times, address quality issues and ensuring reliability for integration into end products.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
- Navigate complex sales cycles, negotiate contracts, and build long-term client relationships.
- Monitor and report on sales performance/forecast, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Travel frequently to meet with clients, attend industry events, and conduct market visits.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the motor or fan industry with B2B OEM business.
- Ability to communicate product specs and value of RRX offering products to key stakeholders at customer side.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in international markets.
- Strong understanding of the Southeast Asian and European markets, including culture, customs and business practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 40% of the time).
