Job Title:Senior Account ManagerJob Description:This position is a Senior Account Manager for Semiconductor client. The role is responsible for delivering sales revenue target, focuses on providing customers with the necessary tools, training, and resources to effectively use the company’s products or services. This is a crucial role in enhancing the overall customer experience and building long-term relationships with customers.Key Responsibilities of the Account Manager Enablement PartnerForecasting: Know well customer demand and familiar with Entegris product application collaborating with internal functional team, product managers and field application engineering team.Handle PCN/Quality issue/AR collection : Works closely with internal functional team e.g. Finance, Logistics, BU and Quality to streamline customer response process, provide fast turn-around to customer request and Entegris value added service to our customer and improve our competitiveness in the market.Dedicated Support Channels: Provides dedicated support channels, such as email support, or phone support, to assist customers with any issues they encounter.Collecting Feedback: Collects feedback from customers to understand their needs and pain points. This feedback is used to improve the product or service.Continuous Improvement: Based on customer feedback, the role works with other departments, such as product management, to make necessary improvements and enhancements.Upsell and Cross-sell Opportunities: They identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services based on customer needs and usage patterns.Improved Customer Experience: By providing comprehensive support and resources, the role helps customers achieve their goals more effectively, leading to higher satisfaction.Boosted Customer satisfaction: When customers see the value in the product and receive excellent support, they are more likely to remain loyal and advocate for the brand.CriteriaProven communication, planning and interpersonal skills and ability to solve practical problems and deal with concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Able to focus on customer demand and forecastingIdeal candidate is an independent, assertive self-starter with good people skills, who has 1~3+ years experiences in semiconductor sales or marketing position is prefer.Experience in the semiconductor industry is strongly desiredBusiness travel:30%-50%Education/Experience:A BS or above degree with 1~3Y working experience in Semiconductor industry, at least three years of that experience is in sales role, or a relevant combination of experience and education.
