With more than 33,000 employees, the company generated sales of CHF 11.2 billion in 2023.Job DescriptionPurpose of this position 申请该职位目的Optimize the performance through continuous improvement program, focus on Productivity and Quality for the Automotive & Industry process.Provide support to the process local team for on going production and new product introduction.This role will work to implement new or leverage existing technology across Automotive and Industry factories while supporting urgent technical escalations to continuously enhance differentiated capabilities and enable growth in key markets and products in APAC.Ensure Productivity improvement, Quality excellence, cost saving activities of Manufacturing process.Main Responsibilities 主要职责(For sales position, it must include the information about business scope, sales target and performance evaluation standard etc. 对于销售类岗位，必须注明业务范围，销售指标和业绩评估标准)Job Context & Major Challenges：
  • Ensure that local manufacturing team use proper setting up capability of production line.
Review the machinery setting up and start of production line is implemented according to Sika Standards
  • Transfer the technical knowledge to operation staffs. Share technical expertise within local team and support technology transfer with R&D department.
Cross country factory comparison,
  • Ensure the company's and customer's specifications and quality standards are implemented, review customer/requirement Automotive, Industry, electronics.
  • Technical support during Audit and involve in Pre-audit preparation
  • Ensure that the documents and relative SOP are in accordance to Sika corporate standards
  • Ensure that the new product ramp-up and validation of machinery and equipment.
  • Ability to analyze processes with regard to procedural, qualitative and economic aspects.
  • Knowledge in process optimization, DOE. Experience in the field of validation / qualification and capability analyses.
  • Work with EHS and Manufacturing team to ensure the safety in the Manufacturing area.
Perform regular inspection regarding the safety open points and progress.Ensure heath and safety in accordance with Sika safety rules.Review, inspect, maintain 5S
  • Analytical skills. Root cause analysis with local team members and different department. Ability to collect actual data from process and conduct analysis with DMAICS method.
  • Simplify process, ensure IP and confidential data, be proactive in digitalization.
  • Create documentation and training materials for leveraging and sharing global process expertise.
  • Continuously work to advance specific process capabilities in combination with materials knowledge to deliver differentiated solutions
QualificationsRequirements 岗位要求Hard qualification
  • Bachelor's degree, major in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Material Science, related field
  • More than 5-10 years with demonstrated progressive success in a related technical capacity, Automotive and IATF experience will be a plus.
  • Knowledge in Process optimization, DOE
  • Ability to analyze processes, procedural, protocol, check list, qualitative and economic aspects.
  • Knowledge in risk assessment, PFMEA and Control Plan
  • Solid in hand, high sense of responsibility and self-motivated
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and consistently meet completion deadlines.
  • Good written and oral English skills
  • Able to work under pressure and stay good team player.
Competence/skillsGood at MS office software, such as Excel, world, PPT; Power BI and Mini-Tab is preferred.Effective communications skillsThe background with data analysis and statistic is preferred.
