- Financial Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of financial reports compliant with both corporate policies and Chinese regulatory requirements.
- Audit Management: Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring proper documentation and timely resolution of findings.
- Coordinate with Dalian DBS team for the regular accounting work, such as monthly reporting, audit.
- Partner with Dalian DBS team, and cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance to DBS team, and support for business decisions and performance improvements.
- Accoutring Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance finance processes, reporting systems, and overall department efficiency.
- Support internal control for compliance & controls: Develop, implement, and monitor financial policies and internal controls to ensure compliance with Chinese accounting standards (CAS) and tax regulations.
- Working capital management: Cash flow forecast preparation and follow-up to support the business and improve the working capital.
- Tax support: Provide financial data and insights for Tax filing, and Tax audit.
- Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the financial health of the business.
- Project management: Take a key role in various business and financial projects locally and globally.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on local financial regulations, industry trends, and compliance requirements to anticipate changes and provide proactive solutions.
- Other ad-hoc Finance projects and tasks assigned by line manager or business.

- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in financial management, with regional exposure to businesses operating in China.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Chinese accounting standards (CAS), local tax regulations, and proficiency in financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical capabilities to assess complex financial data and deliver actionable insights.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required.
