- Design and develop retail marketing strategy and campaigns to reach consumers, enabling sales growth and brand awareness for China market.
- Maximize the return on retail marketing investment by identifying and magnifying best practices and synergies.
- Main interface between dealers and central marketing. Provide consultancy and improve dealer overall marketing performance.
- Strong support MKT manager to manage BRP dealer network and partners. focus on building BRP CHINA brand awareness as well as branding events.
- Working closely with the Marketing Manager to organize and execute multiple branding events in our key markets across China mainland.
- Brief relevant teams on the internal and external communications via social media platforms, our own social campaigns and staff intranet.
- Support in the creation and production of branding event marketing assets including stands, flyers, and content.
- Be a leading role in the development and delivery of our expanding portfolio of engaging, impactful brand experiences.
- Focus on delivering events properly whilst supporting on our Brand, trade and retail events etc.
- Responsible for the whole BRP China product lines marketing activities, including campaign strategy, campaign management, launch event, auto show, etc.
- Plan & execute 360 marketing activity for central, regions and dealers.
- Work closely with Sales, PR, after sales or other functional teams to support the retail acceleration.
- Focus on customer experience enhancement and plan the yearly events and campaigns, ensure the high quality execution and monitoring.
- Select and manage the creative agencies to design and execute events with good quality.
- Result follow up and analysis for enhancement.
- Creation of local/regional dealer marketing planning including respective budget premises and resources planning on local dealer level.
- Supervision and steering of dealer activities, including dealers’ marketing plans, result follow up, data analysis.
- Coordinate and guide regions and dealers about regional marketing activities.
- Supporting our ever-growing BRP China network with toolkit events, community events & global marketing campaigns.
- Working with the internal related team and regional teams to engage the local community.
- Support local markets and dealers to create experiential customer community events and give prospective customers an opportunity to try.
- Support dealership local marketing manager with product launch events.
- Manage the launch and roll out of BRP China brand events toolkit, driving engagement for the brand event series from China dealer network.
- Managing the day to day running of the toolkit and fielding all event request from our Junction teams and dealer network.
