To find out more visit , and read about the latest news via our .Description and Requirements服务器质量工程师岗位职责1. 新产品研发质量把控：在新产品研发阶段，负责对样机进行全面评审，从可制造性及质量管控角度提供专业意见，确保产品设计符合生产实际需求与质量标准。2. 通用产品试产全程管理：主导通用产品新产品试产的生产质量策划，严格管控试产过程中的质量问题，积极与研发团队协同解决试产中发现的各类质量瑕疵，全力支持试产顺利向量产过渡。3. 大客户定制产品试产支持：针对大客户定制产品批量试产，进行全面质量管理，追踪试产问题并推动研发及客户共同解决，为客户转阶段评审提供有力支持。4. 质量指标提升：聚焦生产直通率、到货 DOA 等关键指标，持续推进优化改善工作，提升整体生产质量水平。5. 生产质量持续改进：不断探索生产过程中的质量改进机会，通过数据分析、流程优化等手段，实现生产质量的持续提升。6. 标准制定与计划执行：制定详细的生产质量管控计划，明确检验标准，确保生产各环节的质量可衡量、可控制。7. 产线问题处理：迅速响应并有效处理产线各类问题，包括紧急停线情况，保障生产的连续性与稳定性。8. 新厂新线稽核认证：对新工厂、新产线进行严格的稽核认证，确保其符合公司质量体系要求。9. 客户质量对接：负责与客户质量部门进行审厂对接及日常汇报工作，准确传达公司质量理念与管理措施，积极应对客户审核，持续提升客户满意度。岗位要求1. 大学本科及以上学历，电子工程、机械工程等相关专业优先考虑。 工作经验：拥有五年以上服务器或个人计算机行业工程师工作经验，对服务器或个人计算机硬件和软件技术有深入了解。2. 具备良好的沟通技巧，能够与客户、研发、工厂等各方高效沟通，协同解决各类问题。3. 客户关系维护：具备出色的客户关系维护能力，能有效满足客户需求，提升客户满意度。4. 质量管理工具运用：熟悉 6 西格玛管理理念，熟练运用 PFMEA、DFX 等质量管理工具。5. 办公软件技能：熟练掌握 EXCEL 及 PPT 操作，能够运用其进行数据分析、报告展示等工作。6. 语言能力：英文水平良好，具备熟练的中英文听说读写能力，可无障碍进行国际业务沟通。Additional Locations:
