Monitoring of Product audit planning & OPL follow up
Disposition of non-conforming product (Concession and Block/unblock)
Support compliance with ISO/IATF 16949 requirements
Safe launch control
Support supplier to analyze screening failures; define measures and track respective implementation at (sub-) suppler
Project support
Support process audit in plant including subcomponent supplier audits
APQP (PPAP) activity for new projects/products & support of Preparation of customer releases (EMPB/ISIR)
Quality assessment in project phase
Coordinate/support customer audit in plant
Reporting
Customer (OEM) reporting such as discussion of technical failure mechanism towards customer, Q-figures, etc. incl preparation of customer specific documentation
Communication from/to Bosch Germany to Supplier regarding 8Ds (Development Purchase QM and plants)
Bosch-Internal Q-Reporting such as yield rate for each production station
Participation at steering committee meetings (Supplier/Bosch)
Claim Handing
Parts handing: claimed parts from OEM to Supplier (e.g. creation of QCs in IQIS) and send back parts to OEM
8D handling for 0km/field claims from Supplier to Bosch and from Bosch to OEM (interface to organize technical support from Bosch)
Lead/support failure investigation (internal and external) and resolve customer quality complaints on time and on quality
QualificationsJob requirement:
Bachelor degree or above in Engineering or Quality background
Good English communication skills
3 years of experience in automotive supplier quality management, customer quality management and so on * Experience with FMEA, Control plan, problem solving methodology skills like 8D, APQP, PPAP, Risk Assessment
Working location at Guangzhou or Suzhou(Business travel is needed)
