• Design and implement software of embedded devices and systems from requirements to production and commercial deployment
• Design, develop, code, test and debug system software
• Analyze and enhance efficiency, statbiliy and scability of system resource
• Integrate and validate new product designs based on customers' requirements
• Support software quality and optimize I/O performance
• Interface with hardware design and development
• Assess and integrate third party and open source software
• Ensure compliance with project plans and industry standards

• Proven work experience as an embedded software engineer
• Know-how about the MCU,be family with common peripharal ,e.g. I2C,SPI,UART and so on .
• Solid programming expericence in C or C++
• Proven experience in embedded system design with preemptive, multitasking real-team operating systems
• Adequate knowledge of reading schematicfs and data sheets for components
• Familar with SW architecture on class diagram, activity diagram and timing diagram.
• Familar with software configuration and management tools, defect tracking tools
• Knowledge of different microcontrollers and microprocessors
• Familiar with code management toolchains, e.g. git
• Ability to read English documents
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
