职位概述about the company:a global leader in filtration and energy solutions is looking for a R&D Scientist to join its APAC R&D team. Prefer candidates with research experiencejob responsibilities: * Work closely with customers, Sales & Marketing to develop new products for markets identified by the business units.
  • Develop expertise in appropriate material technology, as necessary to plan, execute and evaluate laboratory and machine-based trial programs, using the Design of Experiments methodology
  • Lead InnoHVision stage gating process and appropriate DFEMA tools for development projects.
  • Work with operation and purchase team on Margin Improvement Initiatives (MIPs)
  • Benchmark competitor grades and technologies.
  • Build knowledge of company's process, products, application and raw materials.
  • Patent inventions.
requirements: * MS degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science plus 3 years working experience OR PhD, resin background is preferred.
  • Strong innovation capability.
  • Strong leadership, team spirit and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Strong project management in product or process development programs.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt knowledge.
  • Basic knowledge of how to run patent and literature research.
