Take responsibility of maintenance for MHE, including preventive maintenance & emergency repair

Lead annual preventive maintenance plan implementation and SLA realization together with suppliers.
负责年度预防性维修保养工作的有效实施，降低设备故障发生率，做好相关记录
Organize relevant teams to join in breakdown investigation and reduction of breakdown frequency.
参与并组织人员及时解决关键设备的故障及频发性故障问题，减少设备停机时间；
Follow up daily MHE status and efficiency, collaborated with operation team to improve reliability and efficiency, lead data analysis to do root cause investigation. Define action for continuously improvement.
