For more information about Solenis, please visit .Solenis is seeking an experienced Scientist to provide technical expertise and support for product raw material qualification. The focus of this role will be to provide technical support for raw material management & R&D Formula Management team. The successful candidate will be a motivated knowledgeable individual that can solve a wide variety of problems, has technical background and work with manager to prioritize task.The candidate will be a technical partner to regional sourcing leadership team on behalf of R&D.Duties:
  • Provide Product and technical queries supporting RM qualification, advice alternate RMs and sources.
  • Provide technical support to sourcing & supply chain where needed if issues arise in quality of the RMs & Products.
  • Works closely with regional regulatory department in order to get input for regulatory matters or support
  • Advice SC / Sourcing on improvement areas in Manufacturing set up related to Raw Materials
  • Test RMs in lab， create RM specs and Approve in Agile system.
  • Gather data for all activities with supply chain, sourcing in order follow up with proper prioritization
  • Generate proper technical reports to report out on the deliveries of the group aligned to the strategy of the company
  • Update records / data for RM management in coordination with FM management / sourcing team
  • Maintain Agile, Lotus Notes, SAP database for Raw Material wherever applicable.
Requirements:
  • Master degree or above with Chemistry background.
  • With at least 3 years work experience in Kitchen care or Laundry or F&B. It’s better having lab & technical service experience.
  • With good communication ability both in Chinese and English
