负责业务数据收集、清洗、分析和可视化
通过对数据的分析和洞察来提高订单的可靠性
开发数字化工具，并与AI技术结合，构建自动化数据分析流程，提升团队数据应用能力
与IT团队协作，探索AI在操作中的应用，将数字化工具与业务操作结合，流程不断优化，提高团队的工作效率
监控AI模型效果，持续优化

Your Qualifications

本科及以上学历，数学、统计学、计算机科学、信息管理等相关专业
3年以上数据分析相关工作经验，有数字化转型项目经验者优先
熟练掌握SQL和至少一种数据分析语言，熟悉主流BI工具（Power BI等）和数据可视化
优秀的业务理解能力，能够将AI技术与业务需求结合，推动数据智能应用
