xEV Engineering Manager

• NPD smoothly launch through New product process, Equipment /tooling and New technology development.
• Sustain and improve product quality through process capability improvement.
• Maintain and improve competitive cost structure through Automation & VA/VE project.

• To support strategic growth through innovation this role works on advanced development engineering projects alongside product engineering teams.
• Support the technology roadmaps with advanced manufacturing engineering expertise and resources.
• Supporting existing plant operations while maintaining current and new technology.

• Coordinate with various departments to assure successful on-time project launch for PPAP and SOP by using of standard APQP methodologies.
• Conduct regular meeting together with global program manager to overview the project status.

• Strong sense of responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related degree required.
• Good English, both written and verbal
• 10+ years experience in Manufacturing engineering, Process engineering, or other related Engineering position.
• Automotive electronic experience is preferred.
• Over molding, plating, stamping, assembly automation…experience is preferred
