- Lead project team, do PFMEA, preparing the SOP and organize the trial run/pilot run.
- Manage the projects schedular, cost, quality.
- Process design and product realization.
- Preparing tools and jig for new product
- Training the operators
- Solving or coordinating to solve the issues in process
- Helping or coaching the operators to establish the SOP
- Supporting to manage customer complaint
- Defining and maintaining the Standard Working Time
- Participation in product design reviews as needed, for better DFA.
- Provides support to all manufacturing SAP and Manufacturing Execution System activities.
- Participate in shop floor continuous improvement, increasing Quality, Efficiency and First Pass Yield.
- Involve in LEAN projects and leading kaizen event in process part.
