As a Learning & Development Manager, we rely on you to
作为一名学习与发展经理,你的主要工作职责为:
1. Conduct Training Needs Analysis for all levels of employees, and prepare Training Budget
2. Overall schedule of the training programs to be conducted in the calendar year.
3. Assist Department Trainers to standard departments Operating to Procedures develop and Training Manual
4. Coordinate with the Training Manager of the identified sister property about the cross training and taskforce program.
5. Create the environment where the trainee can practice what they have learnt at the workplace.
6. Development and Management of Employee Succession Plan
1、对各级员工进行培训需求分析,做好培训预算
2、制定年度培训计划,全年需进行培训项目的整体规划
3、协助部门培训员改进标准操作规程和培训员手册
4、负责与集团姐妹酒店对接交叉培训与店际援助项目
5、创建一个使学员能够实践他们在工作中所学知识的环境
6、负责继承者项目的管理We are looking for someone who:

1. Preferably has a degree in Human Resources Management
2. Preferably possesses relevant experience in a luxury hotel
3. Has good communication and people management skills
4. Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
5. Has strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
6. Enjoys interacting with people
7. With instructional and Facilitation Skills
