职位描述岗位职责Job responsibility1.确保所有的维修和预防维修计划都在该班内按时执行。Ensure that all maintenance and preventive maintenance plans are carried out on time during the shift2.接受，分配并且跟进所有的工作单核维修单。Accept, assign and follow up all work orders3.处理技术图纸，以及备货的记录和库存。Process technical drawings, stock up and inventory.4.故障查找，操作，修理并且保养,确保区域内所有设备的清洁和正常工作。Troubleshoot, operate, repair and maintain all equipment in the area.5.协助外施工单位在本酒店的施工，保证工程质量。
Assist the outside construction units in the hotel construction, to ensure the quality of the project岗位要求Job requirements1.高中以上文化程度；High school education or above;2.2年以上同岗位工作经验者优先。At least 2 years working experience in the same position is preferred.3.必须掌握机电工程设备的基础知识，持有相关证书。Must master the basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering equipment, preferably with relevant certificates4.能充分领会工上级的经营意识，能组织和指挥本岗位工作计划的实施，确保工程部的正常运转。Can fully understand the management consciousness of the superior, can organize and direct the implementation of the work plan, to ensure the normal operation of the engineering department.5.有强烈的事业心与责任心和配合精神，秉公办事，不谋私利。
