我们正在为一家行业头部的零售集团寻找一位具备战略眼光和执行力的区域总经理。该职位将全面负责华东区域的业务管理，统筹直营与加盟门店的营运管理、业务增长和团队搭建。集团已在该区域形成稳定的零售网络和经营规模，未来希望在此基础上实现业务规模和品牌价值的双跃升，并推动更多高端业务品类的落地。【岗位职责】
  • 全面负责区域营运管理：包括直营与加盟网络的整体业绩达成、门店运营效率提升、客户体验优化等
  • 制定并执行业务增长策略：围绕收入、利润、市场占有率等核心指标，推动区域业务的高质量增长
  • 领导门店拓展与网络优化：结合市场机会进行新店开设、老店升级及渠道结构优化，提升区域覆盖力与盈利能力
  • 推动品牌高端化与品类拓展：在既有业务基础上，探索并推进高价值珠宝、高定产品等新业务方向的试点和落地
  • 打造标杆门店与品牌阵地：在核心城市打造代表性的旗舰门店、创新零售空间，拉动品牌声量与消费体验
  • 优化加盟商管理机制：提高合作伙伴满意度与忠诚度，提升整体渠道质量与稳定性
  • 团队建设与干部培养：带领区域管理团队，提升组织执行力与协同力，推动人才梯队建设
  • 跨部门协作与项目推进：作为区域负责人，主动与集团总部各职能协同，确保核心战略在本地高效落地
【任职要求】
  • 10年以上大型零售或高端消费品行业管理经验，具备独立管理大体量区域业务的实战经验
  • 对江浙沪市场熟悉，具备优秀的市场判断力和资源整合能力
  • 在品牌升级、门店拓展、加盟网络管理等方面有成功落地案例
  • 熟悉高端品牌或奢侈品零售运营者优先，能在传统业务基础上推进品类创新与品牌价值提升
  • 具备战略思维与强执行力，能在复杂环境中推动结果落地
  • 团队管理能力出色，善于激发组织战斗力并提升团队效能
  • 本科及以上学历，MBA或管理类进修背景优先
