主要职责:1. 作为空运物流客户的主要对接人,建立信任关系,及时解决客户问题。Act as the primary point of contact for air logistics clients, building trust and resolving issues promptly.2. 与销售、运营、订舱团队紧密协作,管理订单及优化舱位分配。Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and booking teams to manage orders and optimize cargo space allocation.3. 全程跟踪货物运输,确保顺利完成交付。Monitor end-to-end shipment transportation to ensure smooth delivery.4. 负责处理升级的交付问题,跟进直至解决。Handle escalated delivery issues and follow through until resolution.5. 协助销售账单核对及数据验证,确保运费准确、按时收取。Assist with sales billing verification and data validation to ensure accurate and timely freight payment collection.Requirements1. 至少1年物流、供应链或相关领域工作经验。Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field2. 可以处理英文邮件和系统,进行简单的英文口语沟通。Ability to handle emails and systems in English, with basic spoken English communication skills.3. 适应力强,积极解决问题,以客户为中心。Adaptable, proactive problem-solver with a customer-centric approach.4. 主动细致,能在压力下高效工作。Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working efficiently under pressure.
