With nearly 330 employees, RBHP has a young and passionate team specialized in the development, production and sales of fuel cell system and HD-eAxle, as well as hydrogen tank valve etc.Job DescriptionTechnical project manager for HD eAxle customer projects
  • Technical communication and coordination with customer and BOSCH internal team from projects acquisition to series.
  • Customer requirements analysis & management and breakdown to system & components & software requirements.
  • Customer samples delivery coordination (e.g. Coordinate BOM release, sub-components delivery status tracking... ).
  • Support customer for the HD eAxle integration in the customer vehicle(e.g. HD eAxle layout, thermal system, E/E...)
  • Organize and coordinate the HD eAxle calibration, test (include the winter & summer test) and validation in the customer projects.
  • Leading the trouble shooting during the customer projects development phase.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor or Master degree in automobile engineering.
  • Above 5 years working experiences in BEV/FECV powertrain area(e.g. eAxle, MCU, e-machine, Gbx... ).
  • Knowledge and experience of QM-system, 5 Q-tools (APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP)
  • Good project leadership, team work spirit and strong sense of responsibility
  • Fluent English skill in writing and speaking.
