Job Overview 综述:This is process expert for CPN unit, based at Nanjing NCIP, in Liuhe area, shift-work, 12 hours per shift. This position need to make on-spec product per production schedule, without harming people or environment and without reliability issues through:
  • Operating the process facilities following SOP, instructions and good processing practices
  • Front line process knowledge to monitor, forecast, report, mitigate, solve or escalate issues that could impact the 4 principles
Responsibilities 职责:1. Stewardship1) Issues safe work permits2) LOTO equipment and turn over to maintenance for repairs and participate in return to service of equipment3) Conduct Behavior Based Observations (BBO), communicate HazRecs and Near Miss Incidents.4) Take part in emergency response / Initial response team as needed5) Start up and shutdown of process equipment in a safe manner6) Perform work in accordance to Conduct of Operations for proper hand-offs with other workgroups2. Quality1) Followup SOPs, BOMs, etc. procedures, monitor the system running condition outside to ensure all parameters on defined range;2) Monitor the production condition, troubleshooting and escalation issues which may impact production quality;3) Collect samples to lab for analysis3. Reliability1) Conduct routine rounds (SQRE) and proactively report, mitigate and solve emerging issues of field equipment;2) Monitor production process (e.g. DCS, gauges …);3) Investigate and troubleshoot abnormal operations;4) Operate field equipment (e.g. valves, pumps) to perform operations tasks per SOP, SOC, special instructions (e.g. filter changes, bagging, manual activities, additions …)5) Shift handover and takeover6) Attend training to improve and maintain production processes as required4. Engagement1) Provide inputs to improve SOPs2) Generates ideas and improvement projects3) Perpetuates a culture of safety quality and reliability with all colleagues, contractor and guests in the unit4) Supply training to new employees5) Proactively participate in toolbox meeting, recognize peers' good behaviors, raise reminding for next shift, summary post job reflections;6) Complete job progression learnings in timeQualifications 要求:1. High school or above or technical secondary school major in chemical;2. Have some manufacturing unit operating experience in front line;3. Need to have some knowledge of pump, valve, instrument;4. DCS operation exprience will be preferred;5. Good learning capability and could afford shift-work;6. Good communication and collaboration.
