Objectives:Provide a strong leadership to manage the activity of the laboratory in order to guarantee the quality of the tests done in LCIE China/Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage and train the lab. Technicians
Manage the schedule of folders and tests from inspection and testing teams
Manage a good functioning, planning and quality of lab equipments
Responsible for the maintenance of tests equipments
Responsible for the purchase of test equipments according the needs defined testing manager and/or technical manager
Responsible for the purchase and control of consumables
Responsible for the calibration of test equipments
Support the Lab. Technicians to conduct testing according to relevant standards
Collaborate with testing and technical managers to develop new testing methods and/or procedures
Set up new test equipments
Helping lab technicians for tests and record results
Identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Be very attentive and sure information's given to test team
Organize with technical manager the training for lab technicians
Responsibility for ensuring safe working conditions of all testing staff.
Define and manage the implementation of KPI of company (TAT, accurancy, etc…)
Control and manage the expenses of the laboratory
Quality
Follow the internal quality system of LCIE China
Adhere to BV CPS quality requirements
