- 优秀的沟通与人际交往能力,能够与客户和团队建立良好关系

Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with corporate goals. Break down annual sales objectives into actionable quarterly/monthly plans, adapting dynamically based on real-time sales data.Sales Process Management:
Manage the overall sales process, including inventory turnover, store coverage rates, sell-through rates, and product upgrade ratios.New Customer Acquisition:
Actively pursue new client development, meeting and exceeding sales performance indicators to increase market coverage and brand awareness.Store-level Sales Planning:
Develop and execute tailored sales strategies for different store types, overseeing full-channel sales initiatives to ensure regional sales targets are consistently achieved.Product Training & Promotion:
Provide comprehensive product training and promotional guidance for customers and sales teams, ensuring accurate information dissemination and effective selling practices.Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain key client relationships, managing contract negotiations and facilitating joint marketing efforts and store guidance.Market Insights & Data Analytics:
Collect and analyze sales data, monitor market trends, consumer needs, and competitor movements, providing strategic insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies.Activity and Project Management:
Plan and implement sales-related projects and events, ensuring coordinated execution and timely follow-up.Performance Analysis & Forecasting:
Regularly evaluate core performance metrics such as sales growth rates, collection rates, and predict market trends for reporting to headquarters.Budget & Risk Management:
Oversee regional budget management, monitor expense ratios, control accounts receivable, and assess customer credit risks to mitigate financial losses.Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
8+ years in FMCG or optical industry sales, including at least 3 years in management positions.
Exceptional analytical and communication skills, proficient in Excel and PPT.
Strong adaptability, strategic mindset, and leadership qualities; willing to travel as needed.
