- Closely monitor data generated from key business activities, identify risk indicators, deviations to support business and compliance to perform preventive and detective control in time.
- Be responsible for generating reports to support the Funding Review Committee (FRC) on decision-making.
- Leverage control effectiveness and risk management through insightful data analytical review.
- Continue to improve data quality from key business programs, optimize local process and procedure through effective data mining.
- Closely monitor industry trend, develop advanced tool and methodologies.
- To support the team to manage local process/system changes, such as M360, Weesh, Meituan, Amber, HCO/Speaker Pools, HCP Validation, and WeCom.
- Collaborate with IT and cross functions to continuously optimize data source and data quality.
- Design and generate report/dashboard by effective data mining, to serve risk management and business effectiveness.
- To assist BET Director on key meeting material preparation and follow up.
- To support BET team for well preparing and archiving key documentations, which should meet company’s requirements on data security.
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical business operations, project management, or risk management.
- Familiarity with HCP/HCO-related programs and sponsorships.
- Strong compliance mindset and experience in risk mitigation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in process improvement and digitalization.
- Experience in data analysis, monitoring & auditing, IT engineering
- Strong project management and multi-tasking capabilities.
- Familiarity with system change management, data management and data security
- Analytical skills for dashboard and progress review.
- Problem-solving ability and escalation management.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
- High ethical standards and proactive risk management.
- Strong collaboration skills across functions.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
