• Calibrate and verify fuel cell system related functions,prepare and development reports at customer location products entrie lifetime use

• Develop strategies for system roubuness and improving quality, reducing effort and standardization of calibration

• Deal，develop and consult with calibration tools, quality and calibration processes.

• Join summer- /winter-/ trial tests for vehicle calibration and validation under extreme conditions

• Work closely with multi-disciplined engineering teams to understand functional requirements and implement

• Follow calibration development process, complete & maintain calibration documents

• Knowledge of electronics ECU software architecture is essential.

• Check component specifications against system specification and customer specifications

• Master degree or above in Power Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, electrochemical or equivalent
• 硕士及以上学历，动力、电子、控制、车辆相关专业
• Good teamwork, creative mind and self motivated
• 团队工作、创新思维及积极主动
• work experience or SW development preferred
• 工作经验者 或软件开发经验者优先
• Knowledge and experience of QM- system, 5 Q-tools (APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP)
• 具备质量体系五大工具(APQP、FMEA、SPC、MSA及PPAP)的知识和经验
• Familiar with the software developing process and software test method
• 熟悉软件开发流程和软件测试方法
• Experience in the automotive development (calibration) preferred
• 汽车行业工程开发经验者(标定)优先
• Good understanding of complete vehicle, knowledge of vehicle communication network (e.g. CAN, LIN, Ethernet, CANFD) preferred
• 对整车有良好理解，了解整车通讯网络者优先
