Responsibility：
  • Build up new way of working and finetune the process for the new business opportunity and solution in delivery.
  • Maximize synergies across “by Maersk” modal and TbM products to achieve seamless and superior service.
  • Lead and participate in the assigned growth project with internal stakeholders, supporting to ensure the solution are comprehensive, competitive and feasible for implementation in operations.
  • Strong ability to break down a solution and process to external suppliers.
  • Provide expertise of supplier service capability and process as consultant to internal stakeholders. ​
  • Lead the initiatives to drive digitization and improve the cost-efficiency in vendor management.
Accountable for：
  • Expertise for initiatives across “by Maersk” modal and TbM products to achieve seamless, superior and cost-effective service.
  • Integrated solution, process and supplier capability for the opportunity of business.
Consulted about：
  • Inland growth projections.
  • Development and implementation of new Inland product offerings
  • Supplier relationship management
  • Local Inland market insights

  • Area Scorecard (e.g. volume, cost, GP)
