Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling daily inquiries, quotations, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Act as the first line of response for customer enquiries via calls, emails, and escalate complaints when necessary.
Support commercial and service team in direct customers/distributor quotations and order fulfilment.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic, proactively taking initiative to achieve targets and contribute to team success.
Sales order processing & management - ensure accuracy of booking into ERP system and timely execution of purchase order to overseas business units in Europe, USA and China with close follow up of shipment schedule and logistics matters.
Oversee order processing and related documentation, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
As a collaborative team player, work in close partnership with internal departments (e.g. manufacturing, shipping, sales) in order to render excellent support to all customers regarding their orders (promptly processes orders, provides order status, changes, etc.)
Adhere to proper pricing policies and support line manager in maintenance of correct pricing file in ERP when required.
Working closely with the relevant parties to manage customer accounts including the setting of credit limits and payment terms in ERP with guidance from the Commercial & finance team.
Continuously develop product knowledge to enhance customer service quality, while collecting and analyzing market and customer intelligence.
Involve in Continuous Process Improvement projects (LEAN leadership program to identify waste in processes & avoid burnout).
Conduct and maintain inventory checks and offer logistics support including product packing and shipment as and when required.
Handle Day-to-day administrative tasks to support smooth operations.
Work on and maintain SOP documentation to ensure processes remain standardized, updated, and compliant.
Plan and execute events as needed.
Back-up for other CSRs in APAC & CHINA as and when required.
Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager to meet evolving business needs.
QualificationsQualification:
At least 3 year related working experience in multi-national company or equivalent
CET-4 or above, with competent written and verbal English communication skills to independently handle overseas business communication
Bachelor degree or above and major in Biological Sciences
Ability to establish rapport as the role will involve significant customer, distributor & internal stakeholders support.
Strong listening and problem solving skills
Good understanding of sales order processes and logistic matters.
Service oriented with positive attitude. Customer-focused and a team player
Able to work in highly-matrixed organization and manage stress well.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
Good MS office skills and proficient in System such as SAP,etc.
