Job Title Field Service EngineerJob Description现场服务工程师在这个岗位上，您将有机会充分得到影像产品的系统学习和技术培训，为客户提供专业的售后服务工作，包括维修、保养及升级等服务；通过维护、提高客户满意度不断促进飞利浦售后业务甚至售前业务的发展。您的职责是
  • 为客户提供快速、专业的售后服务工作，包括安装、维护、维修及现场升级服务等。
  • 执行及时有效的维修动作及良好的客户沟通工作，维护客户满意度。
  • 保持跟销售部门、售后业务部门的紧密合作，促进影像售前售后业务的发展。
  • 完成相关的KPI指标的考核。
  • 负责北京地区飞利浦影像类产品的维修保养升级。
  • 完成公司各项指标要求，准确提供工单和报告。
  • 参加公司要求的培训并乐于接受新知识和技能。
  • 维系客户关系，支持销售拓展商务机会。

  • 本科或以上学历，生物医学工程、电子电气、自动化及相关的专业
  • 对医疗产品有较强的技术知识

  • 能接受出差
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
