- Daily operational SAP support to the customer service team and some ad-hoc OTC related supply chain support globally
- Troubleshoot, identify root causes and resolve issues by implementing monitoring tools, control mechanisms and best practices
- Responsible for training Customer Service on processes from an SAP point of view
- Log, follow up and test primary service nodes and perform regression testing
- Analyze existing SAP processes based on the business requirements and propose improvements
- Data extractions and analysis based on business requirements
- Support the Customer Service organization in order automation requirements such as the online web-order tool, order capture and EDI
- Keep SAP Technical & SAP User documentation up to date in the Global Knowledge Center and create new training documents for new business processes
- Bachelor’s Degree or Proven Equivalent Experience
- In-depth, E2E, Order-To-Cash business process knowledge
- Strong SAP SD knowledge (ECC),
- Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel and Access
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills and ability to work with great accuracy
- Teamwork and interpersonal effectiveness skills
- Proven prioritization, time management and multi-tasking skills
- Willingness to work and share experiences in a global team
- Willingness to be time-flexible while dealing with different countries in different time zones
- Knowledge of e-Commerce systems (online Web-Order, Order Capture, EDI, idocs)
- Understanding of operation of logistic interfaces
