- Act as the licensing specialist to your assigned sales team and customers
- Complete EA & agreement Modelling analysis for customer
- Formal documentation and production of licensing analysis for clients
- Assist in the delivering of SAM services where required
- Assist Sales to engage with our customers developing an offer that leads to that organisation purchasing from Insight
- Assist in the ordering and invoicing of new EA’s and True Ups
- Assist in ensuring accurate submission of agreement paperwork by Insight
- Support the field sales team and Regional Sales Managers in developing and closing opportunities with regards to Insights Licensing solutions.
- Disseminate licensing information and conduct training sessions as required for Insight staff
- Visit customer sites where necessary
- Attend relevant industry training courses to ensure skills and program knowledge is kept up to date at all times
- Support the Licensing & Procurement Specialists with and Sales with licensing operational tasks as required
- Ensure timely response to all queries, especially finance department queries
- SAM reporting: Ensure sales are notified of SAM requirements, when they are due and when completed are reported to MS on time.
- Attend relevant industry training courses to ensure skills and program knowledge is kept up to date at all times
- Other duties as assigned by management
