The Club Concierge providespersonalized guest services such as check-ins and check-outs, secretarial andconcierge services, mail and information, airline reservations/confirmationsand food and beverage service.豪华阁宾客服务员为客人提供个性化服务如,入住、退房、秘书和礼宾服务、邮件和问讯、航空预定和餐饮服务To have knowledge of theoperational systems at Front Office.掌握前台的操作系统- To have complete knowledge ofShangri-La's standard operating policies and procedures for Horizon Club.掌握豪华阁的香格里拉标准操作程序- To have knowledge of Shangri-La's Programmes e.g. Shangri-LaCircle, FFP, Guest History.掌握香格里拉的计划,如香格里拉会、积分里程、客史- Builds relationship with gueststo delight and gain loyalty.建立客户关系令客人愉悦和赢得忠诚度- Ensures all interactions withguests are handled professionally and with care adhering to hotel's policiesand procedures.确保专业处理和关心与客人的交流互动,遵守酒店的政策和程序- Checks house status for HorizonClub floor检查豪华阁楼层的房态- Works with Front Office RoomsController to pre-assign rooms for all Horizon Club reservations, taking noteof special requests and early arrivals和房控员通力合作为豪华阁楼层的预定提前排房,记录客人的特殊需求- Coordinates with Housekeepingon the set up of amenities in Horizon Club rooms prior to guests' arrival.
