- Lead end-to-end project management of pricing system initiatives
- Collaborate with US/IN teams on system development, feature deployment, and rollouts
- Conduct use case development and lead user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Support market launch readiness for new pricing features
- Manage system incident resolution and coordinate feature rollouts
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and provide long-term process improvement solutions
- Map business processes and maintain relevant documentation
- Extract, summarize, analyze, and visualize data using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Maintain pricing domain and system knowledge, ensuring successful implementation and optimization
- 5–10 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, project management, or related fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience in the system development lifecycle (SDLC), including UAT
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SQL, and BI tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong business acumen and attention to detail
- Experience working with cross-regional or global teams
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- A quick learner with a keen focus on data accuracy
- Rigorous and precise with data analysis and reporting
- High standard of written and spoken English
