- Builds a foundation within assigned account(s) on which to harvest future Services business opportunities
- Accountable for booking and revenue Services targets for assigned account(s)
- Sells the complete Services portfolio aligned to customer needs
- Single Point of Contact for the customer representing the CSS Services
- Direct contributor to overall long-term success of customer and partner relationships
- Orchestrates resources: deploy appropriate teams to execute winning sales and delivery
- Accountable for all Services Commercial aspects in assigned Oracel based account(s)
- Supporting Delivery Teams engaged in delivering against existing contracts
- Developing and delivering sustainable, long-term customer engagements across all Oracle products and services to support our customer's success.
- Supporting customer's transformation journey, with full accountability across Sales and Delivery
- Setting strategic goals and outcomes to support the customer's business objectives
- Gather and analyze functional requirements from discussion and workshops with end users
- Provide recommendations on customer journey enhancement with digital transformation solutions of CSS
- Analyze customer behavior data and identify customer requirements
- Work with developers to implement CSS Apps solutions
- Support business development within the practice
- Work with TAM/GD to deliver ACS service remote or onsite, such as
- 6 - 9years of Consulting experience in Big Four or Consulting background company.
- Multiple Application project experiences.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with demonstrable experience of engaging at senior levels
- Excellent presentation and report writing skills
- Good learning capability and teamwork
- Ability to travel to customer sites and other business-related travel
- More than 2 projects' experience with Oracle Apps products.
