1、建筑环境与设备相关专业本科及以上学历；
2、8年以上建筑暖通设计工作经验，其中5年以上为甲级设计院工作经历，具有良好的专业技术水平。具有高级职称和注册设备工程师资质优先；
3、具有丰富的暖通设计以及施工图设计经验，熟练掌握CAD及其他与建筑设备设计相关的软件，熟练使用各种通用办公软件；
4、专业基础知识牢固，熟悉本专业各项规范、规程，熟悉本专业的发展动态；
5、能独立承担大、中型项目的暖通设计。
6、熟悉项目设计过程中各专业的配合流程，能组织协调本专业的施工图设计，即协调其它专业的配合关系，分析问题与解决问题能力强；
