  • Contribute to the company's business strategy by helping business leaders identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes.
  • Meet the recruitment needs to make sure the smooth operation of the business.
  • Facilitate appropriate manager and employee training and manage its delivery.
  • Implement short and long-term initiatives aligned with the strategic business strategy and agenda.
  • Act as a liaison between the line and corporate HR to ensure that HR services are aligned with internal client needs and meet business needs.
  • Help the business unit leader to provide employees with development opportunities and ensure that they are able to meet current and future KPIs.
  • Listen to business, and provide expert advice and coaching to leaders, managers, and employees as appropriate.
  • Review and benchmark the internal and external environment to improve HR objectives, initiatives, and policies.
  • Identify and drive the communication and sharing of best practices across functions to facilitate continuous improvement.
  • Identify new opportunities where HR can add value to the business.
  • Maintain knowledge of progressive and innovative HR practices and trends.
  • Facilitate a strong leadership and coaching culture throughout the organization.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of industry experience with broad knowledge and experience in human resource management.
  • Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative.
  • With supporting experience in Cloud computing or IT area will be preferred.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills in English.
  • Experience with rapid and complex changing work environments.
