- NPDI project compliance with PLM (50%)
- Responsible for innovative ideas for project and apply for patents
- Responsible for the full process of hardware development in NPDI project, including schematic drawing and layout of loadcell, terminal and weighing kits
- Hardware design and define according to inputs and approval required, including cost, timeline, production, logistic, lifecycle
- Hardware test includes EMC test, UL safety test, Hazardous test, reliability test, …
- Hardware release includes Testing concept (ICT & FCT) and BOM release
- Hardware design follows the agile, module principles
- Cooperate with project leader, software, mechanic, sourcing, component engineer and other members
- MOL from R&D side (30%)
- Maintain product hardware after NPDI
- Keep the product delivery due to components shortage and component end of life
- Continuously improve the quality and cost of live products
- Promote the HW design on platform and module
- Study project (20%)
- Evaluate new techniques and processes for weighing application
- Innovation cultivation: idea creation and prove and introduction among the team
- Deep study and summary on the key weighting technique
- Master or above, electronic engineering or similar education background (MUST)
- At least 3 years of electronics circuit development experience (MUST)
- Experienced with embedded system hardware design like terminal (Analog signal, digital signal and high-speed communication) or weak signal processing (MUST)
- Good skill in EDA and simulation tools (MUST)
- Good skills in EMC design, test and improvement (MUST)
- Good system level thinking (MUST)
- Sensitivity on innovative technology (MUST)
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, can take ownership on tasks (MUST)
- Capable of working independently on key design or core technique (MUST)
- Excellent English - writing, reading and communication (MUST)
- Good communication skills (MUST)
- Experienced with agile development principles will be preferred (PLUS)
- R&D project management experience and good project management skills (PLUS)
- Excellent learning and adaptive capacity (PLUS)
- Excellent logical thinking and analytical skills (PLUS)
- Capable of investigation on the solution and troubleshooting for the complicated technique issue independently (PLUS）
