
Global PSI Analyst Lead

- Take the responsibility of collaborating with regional sales team, DC planning team and Ops team for forecasting and utilizing Heijunka to leverage production/supply plan.
- Work closely with local Distribution Center planners and CSRs for closing backlog, driving global OTD and coordinating DC for global inventory control.
- Cross function working with manufacture and buyer, driving internal OTD, inventory and inventory turns improvement.
- Utilize DBS tool, identify the problems on forecast, OTD and inventory and solve/improve it through Kaizen.
- Coordinate with internal function, such as project team, manufacturing, supply chain, and finance, and external function, such as Distribution Center planner and CSR before new project launch to mitigate the roadblocks in the early of ramp up.
- Daily Order Management, including order confirmation, shipment and tracking.
- Requires conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines
- Experience of integrates with other functional departments, such as production, procurement, QRA, marketing, etc
- Experience in international coordination, especially on inter-company coordination.
- Experience with Oracle or the other ERP system
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain planning is required; prior experience in demand forecasting is highly preferred.
