- Be responsible for successful implementation of Premier Acquisition strategies
- Acquire new-to-bank customers via central or self-generated leads.
- In order to deliver a high quality service to our highest value personal clients the role holder will need to complete simple retail sales.
- Development of strong working relationships with relevant business areas (e.g., WPB, Marketing, etc)
- Delivery high standard customer service to meet customer satisfactory
- 负责中高端客户的开发,发掘关于银行服务的需求并发展为汇丰客户
- 通过银行渠道或者自己开发的渠道成功获取新客户
- 为客户提供优良的服务,完成基本的零售销售指标
- 与相关业务领域建立牢固的工作关系(如:财富管理及个人银行业务部,市场部)
- 提供高标准的客户服务,提高客户满意度
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of one year proven and progressive financial services and/or retail sales experience or equivalent
- Sound knowledge of various forms of deposits, WEM product, mortgage, etc.
- Knowledge of the constantly changing laws/regulations governing banks/finance industry, consumer trends, competitor offerings, economic and foreign currency markets
- Strong presentation and sales skills
- Objection handling techniques and work under pressure
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service orientation
- Attain appropriate professional and regulatory qualifications as required by market
- Attain any internal standards as required by HBCN
- 本科以上或同等学历
