- Act as single point of contact for onsite customers and manage the entire relationship.
- Develop and maintain customer engagement plan, interface with customer on a regular basis, maintain close relationship with customer, understand customers’ demand change, and resolve disputes.
- Development franchise and Gen gas new business opportunities
- Review and perform annual price adjustment per contract, and send price adjustment letters and other communication material to customer after obtaining management approval.
- Lead contract extension discussions involving customer as well as internal parties such as Operations, Legal, Tax, BDS and Engineering. Execute contract renewal plan.
- Partner with Collections team to collect payment from customers in order to maintain good DSO performance and minimize past due amount.
- Support Permitting team to resolve issues related to onsite plants.
- Ensure that critical information, such as contract expiration date, customer contacts, price escalation and customer demand data, is accurately maintained.
- Submit workbook and work with CMD team to update customer data.
- Perform PO/invoice checking and verify delivery record with customer when necessary.
- Work with CSR, customs clearance agents and customers to ensure timely delivery of product into Free Trade Zones.
- Get the necessary approval for debit or credit memos.
- Perform basic data analysis.
- Other tasks assigned by Business Operations Manager and Sub-region General Manager.
- Bachelor`s degree (in business or engineering related areas preferred).
- Master`s degree will be a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience in business, operations, engineering, marketing or sales related functions.
- Fluent English in oral and written.
- Experience with customer management is preferred.
- Excellent business negotiation ability and business development ability.
- Familiarity with SAP & Business Warehouse.
- Proficiency in Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Able to write in Chinese in a clear, concise and logical manner.
- Acceptable English communication skills. Ability to comprehend contracts and other formal documents written in English.
