Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

Safely operate all equipment associated with the drying/energy/environmental controls area and give direction to workers to assist them with the same.
Operate drying/energy systems to provide in-spec dry strands and thermal heat to downstream production systems.
Operate all environmental control equipment within permitted parameters and immediately report any problems to the proper authorities.
Must be able to understand process flow, and upset conditions.
Must be able to recognize upset conditions and to apply appropriate corrective measures before the problem escalates. This requires a high degree of independent thinking and decision making under stress.
