- Strategic Market Leadership: Define and execute Aethir's enterprise sales strategy for the Greater China region, identifying key industry verticals and high-potential accounts requiring advanced AI compute.
- C-Level Relationship Cultivation: Forge and nurture strategic relationships with executive leadership (CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, Heads of AI/ML) within top-tier Chinese enterprises, positioning Aethir as their indispensable AI compute partner.
- Large-Scale Deal Orchestration: Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial engagement to successful closure, securing significant, long-term contracts for Aethir's NVIDIA B200, H200, H100, and other next-generation GPU offerings.
- Value Proposition Articulation: Masterfully articulate the technical and economic advantages (including superior performance, transparent pricing, and enterprise SLAs) of Aethir's bare-metal, decentralized GPU infrastructure, demonstrating compelling ROI for Chinese enterprises.
- Market Intelligence & Adaptation: Provide critical market intelligence on the Chinese AI landscape, competitive dynamics, and evolving regulatory environment, actively shaping Aethir's product and go-to-market strategies for regional success.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with global product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure market needs are met and Aethir's offerings are optimally positioned.
- 10+ years of progressive, successful enterprise sales experience, with a significant portion in a senior leadership or strategic individual contributor role within the cloud computing, bare-metal infrastructure, or AI solutions sectors.
- Proven track record of exceeding multi-million dollar sales targets and securing large-scale, complex enterprise contracts in the Chinese market.
- Deep, established network and trusted relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers within leading Chinese enterprises, particularly those engaged in large-scale AI/ML initiatives.
- Profound understanding of the AI compute landscape, including the critical role of high-end GPUs (NVIDIA B200s, H200s, H100s, etc., and future architectures) and their applications in LLM training, inference, and generative AI.
- Mandarin fluency (written and spoken) is required to effectively engage with Chinese enterprise clients and navigate the local business environment. English proficiency is also essential for internal global communication.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and strategic communication skills, capable of influencing at the highest levels.
- Demonstrated experience operating in a fast-paced, early-stage technology company environment, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand complex technical requirements and translate them into compelling business value.
- Ability to travel extensively within China and occasionally to international company headquarters as required for strategic engagements.
